Mines of BCCL were grouped into clusters based on\u00a0Geo-Environmental rationale\u00a0for\u00a0environmental benefits. MoEFCC has approved Cluster Concept for obtaining environmental clearance for all the mines of BCCL\u00a0 into\u00a017 Clusters\u00a0and has already issued Environment clearance of 16 clusters covering all its mines &amp; its\u00a0\u00a0integrated\u00a0washeries\u00a0\u00a0in Jharkhand. The cluster concept facilitates pooling of resources for better &amp; comprehensive environmental Management. In new washeries, EC of Patherdih 5MTPA &amp; 2.5 MTPA, Madhuband 5 MTPA, Dahibari washery 1.6 MTPA obtained.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">BCCL has taken prompt action for compliance, which includes some new studies for a coalfield such as\u00a0source apportionment\u00a0study,\u00a0satellite based thermal IR survey\u00a0for fire through\u00a0NRSC, satellite based land use monitoring, health surveillance of workforce through\u00a0NIOH, Hyderabad etc.<\/span><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
