What is Online System for Quarter Application?

It is a system introduced for online submission of Quarter application.

Is it applicable for Executives only?

It is applicable for both Executives and Non-Executives.

How to apply?

1:- Visit www.bcclweb.in .Click on Online Quarter Application in Infobank Menu
2:- Login with same User ID and Password that is used for checking Online Payslip. You will see Dashboard after Login.
3:- Click on Apply here to apply for quarter.
4:- Fill all the required details carefully.
    Note: –( • Please Check All Prefilled Data before applying. Details will be according to the last salary paid as received from SAP)
         
5:- Click on Apply to Submit the Form.

What to fill in the different fields of the application form?

1:- Department : Enter Your Department
2:- Date of Appointment: Enter Your Joining Date in the Organization
3:- Date of entrance in present grade: Enter the date of entrance in your Grade
4:- Application Type:
          • Select New Quarter for new Quarter allotment or applying for new quarter type
          • Select Change Quarter for changing the quarter of same quarter type.
5:- Quarter Type : Select Your Applicable Quarter type.
6:- Distance from place of Posting: Select The distance from list.
7:- Present Address: Enter yoyr present appress in 200 characters only.
8:- PINCODE: Enter Your present address Pincode
9:- Whether Quarter Was Alloted: select Yes If You live in BCCL Quarter Else select NO If you dont live in BCCL quarter.
10:- Present Quarter Type: Enter your present BCCL quarter Type
11:- Nodal Officer Area: Select Area Of Your Nodal Officer.
12:- Mobile No. : Enter your valid Mobile No.
13:- Email: Enter your valid Email Id.
14:- Reason For Change: Enter reason for change of quarter in 200 characters only.
15:- Area, Colony: Select area and colony of prefered quarter .
16:- Quarter No. With Sector: Enter Quarter No. With Sector of prefered quarter.

Can I apply for any type of Quarter?

Application will only be accepted for submission if the concerned employee has applied for the entitled type Quarter as per Company’s norms otherwise his application will be summarily rejected.

Can I delete the application and apply again?

Yes you can apply after deleting the application. Note: Application can only be deleted before the acceptance by Nodal Officer. Once accepted it cannot be deleted

How to know the status of my application?

Click on Application Status to know the status of your application

Will I be allotted the same quarter for which I have applied?

Quarter allotment will be done subject to availability of Quarter, eligibility, seniority as per Company’s norms.

What is the process after submission of application?

1:-For quarter in same Area:The application will be submitted to the nodal officer who will forward it to the GM for further process of quarter allotment as per company's norms. 2:-For Quarter in other Areas: The application will be submitted to the nodal officer who will forward it to the GM who after recomendation, may forward it to the nodal officer of the concerned area.
3:-For HQ:The application wiil be submitted to the nodal officer who will forward it to Dy GM(P)/HOD(Admin) for further process.
